RCS - Introduction to ruminant nutrition

Shake Climate Change Programme is seeking founders and co-founders of innovative start-up ventures in the early stages of development to join its 3 year structured accelerator program. The website states that they are seeking start-up companies that target the agriculture sector with an innovative idea and new products and services that deliver a tangible, positive impact on climate change.

Applicants must be incorporated as a UK business and be able to attend in person sessions (Covid permitting of course). 30 applicants will be selected after the initial applications, eventually narrowing down to 5 participants. The funding is generally provided at the later stages of the programme in the form of a convertible interest-free loan, though equity funding will also be considered for the suitable ventures (via funding partners). The program is delivered by a consortium of partners led by Rothamsted Research. The Shake program is still calling out for applications now, and is willing to give extensions beyond the 15th May due date due to the Covid crisis, but please get in touch asap via the website application.
