Teale is passionate about restoring soils and regenerating farms to enhance food quality and improve farming outcomes. He is currently completing his Honours degree in Agriculture at the University of Sydney researching the effects of multispecies cover crops on soil microbes and soil health. He plans to continue this research by undertaking a PhD with the goal to improve regenerative agricultural practices by integrating them with precision agriculture techniques.
